When can I expect my refund?
If a refund is allowed for your Agoda booking, it will be processed right away. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 30 days or until your next billing cycle for the money to show in your account.
How can I ask for a particular request at Agoda?
You can use Agoda’s self-service option to send any special requests. These requests are handled by the hotel, and they depend on availability, so Agoda can’t guarantee they will be accepted.
Is it possible for Agoda to offer a credit card promotion?

How will I check my booking details?
You can check your booking details and status anytime by signing in and clicking on "My bookings" in your account menu. If you don’t remember your sign-in details, just use the "My bookings" link in your confirmation email.
Do I need to pay a fee for cancellation?
If your booking comes with free cancellation, you won’t have to pay any cancellation fees. However, if the free cancellation period has passed or the booking is non-refundable, a cancellation fee may apply. The property decides how much the cancellation fee will be.
Is it possible for me to request an early or late check-out?
You can request an early check-in or late check-out through the self-service option. However, special requests depend on the hotel's availability and are not guaranteed by Agoda. It’s best to send your request as early as possible, but keep in mind that final approval is always up to the property.
Does the hotel provide airport transfer facility?
When searching, you can select "Hotel/Airport transfer" under facilities to find hotels that offer it. Details are also listed under "Useful Information" on each hotel page. Some rooms include free airport transfer, which will be shown in the room type or booking total. Most transfers have an extra cost, so contact the hotel to arrange it.
Does the hotel provide an extra bed or cot?
Extra beds or baby cots are available depending on the property. Any extra charges for children, including extra beds, are not included in the booking price unless clearly mentioned. It’s best to contact the property directly to check availability and any additional costs before you book.
