How can I return or exchange online shopping items?
If there are issues with your order or the product quality, contact ParknShop within 7 days of receiving the goods. You can email your order number and product photos, or reach out through WhatsApp, customer service chat, or the inquiry option in your account. Items must be returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging. You can only make one return request per order.
What refund methods are available for online orders?
There are two ways to receive refunds. The first option is an electronic cash voucher that will be credited to your online account within 1 to 3 business days. The second option is a refund to the original payment account, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Refunds through the Octopus App must be requested within 180 days and collected within 90 days after approval.
What happens if items in my order are out of stock?
If items are canceled or unavailable, the handling depends on your payment method. Credit card payments are not charged if canceled. For debit card payments, you need to contact customer service to cancel the transaction. For prepaid card payments, the refund is credited immediately as an e-gift voucher in your account. Refunds to original accounts usually take 1 to 2 weeks after processing.
How do I return or exchange items bought in-store?
In-store returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days at the same ParknShop store where you made the purchase. Refunds are only available for expired products or store brand items, while other goods may qualify for returns or exchanges. Gift cards, phone cards, and stored-value cards are not included. Refunds for cash or debit payments are given in cash, while credit card refunds must be credited back to the same card within four weeks.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provided during checkout. They will stick to the delivery date and time you chose when you placed the order.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
No, you cannot change the delivery address after the order is confirmed. If you need help.
Can I pick up my order from a store?
Yes, you can collect your order from the store during the time shown on the confirmation page. Bring your order number with you. Check your items and sign to complete the pickup.
How fast can I get home delivery?
If you order between 11:00am and 7:30pm, delivery can be as quick as 60 minutes. Orders after 7:30pm will arrive from 11:00am the next day.
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
You can click “Return Notification” on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as the item is available again.
Can I change or refund an e-voucher after purchase?
No, changes and refunds are not allowed for any e-voucher.
