If an item is missing, what should I do?
There are many possible reasons for this: first, they may have sent your orders separately. The item you have ordered may be out of stock. And thirdly, the item you have ordered may be shipped from a different warehouse, and the delivery time may differ. So if you missed an item, you can contact the customer support within 30 days.
I want to make changes to my order in my details. What should I do?
Once you have placed your order, you cannot make any changes to your details, including items in the order, the delivery option, the delivery address, or the payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you don't want it. But it should be cancelled within a specific time period, depending on the delivery method you have chosen. If it is a Next Day Delivery or Express Delivery, you can cancel it 15 minutes after completing your order; if it is a Standard Delivery, then 60 minutes after completing your order.
What is your return policy?
If you don't want an item and the item is still in its original condition, you can return it within 28 days. The items should not be torn or damaged.
How long does it take to get a refund
The refund will be processed and credited within 10 working days.
If I want an item, can I save it for later?
To add an item to your 'Saved Items' list, simply log in to your ASOS account and select the heart icon on each product page. Once an item is added to the list, you'll be able to see if it has reduced in price or sold out.
How can I find the right size?
Compare your own measurements with the chart to understand which size could fit you best. Log in to use our Fit Assistant for a personalised size recommendation based on your height, weight, fit preferences, and order history. Look for the blue Fit Assistant icon near the size drop-down. Once you've entered your details, your recommended size will appear automatically each time you shop.
How can I track my order?
Just go to 'My Orders', log in and select the order you'd like to track, then click the 'Track Parcel' button.
Why did I get an email saying my item is out of stock?
This can happen when an item sells out quickly. It may have appeared available when you ordered, but by the time they packed it, it was no longer in stock.
Will the item be back in stock?
You can click "Notify Me" in your Saved Items, and they will inform you if it’s available again in your size.
